You can book a work desk by the half day or for a full week.
Half day sessions run from 8am - 1pm and from 1pm - 6pm and are available for £20 per session. A full week is 8am - 6pm for six days and costs £180.
We also have a private office space for people who need privacy for phone calls or online meetings etc. To book these tickets scroll down the ticket page and you'll see the header 'Private Office Space'.
For HEFF 2024 we have bookable coworking spaces for those who need to continue working while at the festival. Each workspace will have a desk, chair and wired internet or high speed Wi-Fi (available only in this location). There will also be provisions for making hot drinks with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a kettle provided. You just need to bring your own mug.
If you book a workspace for a longer period, you can leave your equipment in the room, but it's at your own risk. If you don't have the next session booked desks must be left clear by the end of your session so the next person can start at their allotted time.
Access will be controlled by keypad lock and only people who have booked will get the code. Consideration is expected for other users regarding noise and conference calls. The coworking space is located on the ground floor near the Grandstand Cafe.
Please note the coworking space is for adults only. If you need Wi-Fi access, but don't need a workspace, you will be able to purchase this once you are on site.
